At Styled By Clovis and Shop Clovis, we believe in thoughtful fashion — whether it’s something we created or something we’ve hunted down for you. Because of the custom, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind nature of all items, all sales are final. Please read the breakdown below carefully.


Shop Clovis (Original Designs)

All Shop Clovis pieces are original garments or designs created by Julia Livingston. Due to their handmade, made-to-order, or limited-production nature:

  • All sales are final

  • Exchanges will be permitted for sizing or in the event of inventory being out of stock.  

We inspect each piece before shipping and include sizing/fit guidance on every listing. If you need help with fit or materials before you order, please email us.


Styled By Clovis (Vintage + Designer Resale)

All sourced or secondhand items are sold as-is and are final sale. These pieces may have light wear or patina consistent with age — which adds to their charm.
We do our best to disclose all noticeable imperfections and provide accurate photos and measurements.


Styling & Personal Shopping Services

All styling, sourcing, or wardrobe consulting services are non-refundable once booked or work has begun. Services include:

  • Event styling

  • Capsule wardrobes

  • Closet overhauls

  • Personal shopping

Rescheduling is possible with 48+ hours' notice, but refunds are not offered.


Shipping & Order Issues

Once marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your item arrives with undisclosed damage or an error, contact us within 3 business days at info@shop-clovis.com with clear photos. We’ll handle it personally.


Final Word

We do not mass-produce or overstock. Every piece has a story, whether it's designed by Julia or sourced around the globe. We ask that you purchase intentionally — and reach out before buying if you have questions.
