Welcome to Shop Clovis and Styled By Clovis. This website is operated by Julia Livingston, sole proprietor and owner of all associated trade names and content. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Entity & Ownership

Shop Clovis and Styled By Clovis are registered DBAs of Julia Livingston in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All merchandise, services, digital content, and intellectual property are solely owned and operated by Julia Livingston.

2. Products & Resale Policy

We specialize in the resale of vintage, designer, and pre-owned fashion. All items listed on this site are:

  • Final Sale and sold as-is

  • Sourced from vetted secondary markets, personal collections, or third-party retailers

  • Represented with accurate descriptions to the best of our ability, including condition, size, and authenticity

We make no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by any designer brands. All brand names, logos, or trademarks shown on products are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

3. Condition & Authenticity Disclaimer

We strive to verify authenticity when possible, but many items are vintage or pre-owned and may not come with original documentation. By purchasing, you accept all risk associated with the pre-owned nature of goods. Condition issues including minor wear, marks, or age-related distress are normal and expected.

We are not liable for discrepancies regarding authenticity in third-party brand evaluations once the item is sold and shipped.

4. Styling, Consulting & Personal Shopping Services

Styled By Clovis offers personal styling, wardrobe consulting, and sourcing services. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that:

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work begins

  • All clothing purchased or recommended during styling services is sold separately unless otherwise stated

  • Personal styling is subjective; results will vary based on client preferences, communication, and collaboration

All deliverables — including digital style guides, shopping links, and lookbooks — are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without permission.

5. Pricing, Markups & Transparency

  • Clothing sourced through styling or concierge services may include a markup (typically 10–25%) to cover sourcing time, import costs, and market rarity

  • Clients will receive itemized receipts or price breakdowns upon request

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice

6. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept major credit cards and third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Shopify Pay, etc.)

  • All sales — both products and services — are final

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of gross misrepresentation (at our sole discretion)

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship within the timeframe stated at checkout unless otherwise communicated

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, or third-party disruptions

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content on this site and associated Instagram (@shopclovis), including but not limited to:

  • Photographs

  • Captions

  • Logos

  • Styling guides

  • Graphics and designs

...are the intellectual property of Julia Livingston unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to use customer photos, reviews, and styling results for marketing purposes only with consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site to:

  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or defamatory content

  • Violate the rights of others

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data

  • Harass or abuse the business or its representatives in any way

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to users who violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Styled By Clovis and Shop Clovis shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries or allergic reactions due to use or wear of any products

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased items/services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

11. Dispute Resolution

All claims, disputes, or legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and resolved via binding arbitration or small claims court in Boston, MA.

These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
